Mental Drill - each day, find a few minutes and focus on the outcome you wish and imagine the look, the feel, the sound, and the steps to make it happen. Write these steps out and see yourself accomplishing them, one by one.


The Box Breathing technique is a great way when meditating to train your brain on the physiological markers that can be triggered later to manage negative thoughts, chemical and physical changes during stressful situations.
